This is a homemade glue recipe that you can use for all your paper and lite craft projects.
I am not going to bore you with a big story for recipes, let's just get to the point.
Ingredients;
1 cup plain flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon vinegar
Bringing it together;
Place the flour and sugar into a small saucepan and stir together.
Pour in half the water quantity and mix to a smooth paste, place over medium heat and stir until thickens. Add the remaining amount of water and continue to stir until thickens again.
I usually add more water again if the mixture gets too thick and continue to cook until; 1. flour smell disappears and 2. colour changes to a off white colour (consistency should be a smooth, gluey paste)
Remove from heat and stir in the tablespoon of vinegar.
The vinegar acts as a preserver. The glue will last for a week out of the fridge and months in the fridge.
I cut strips from cardboard boxes to makes application strips.
